The maximum number of people residing in the cottages is not to exceed four unless with the specific consent of the owners.
We request that visitors do not smoke indoors.

Deposit: £50.00 by sterling cheque made payable to N. Griffin. This will be refunded by sterling cheque within two weeks of the end of your holiday. We reserve the right to charge for any damage done to the property during your letting period.

The property will be available from 4 p.m. on day of arrival and we would ask that it is vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
The Swimming Pool: under no circumstances is any person to jump or dive into the pool. No children are to use the pool unless in the company of a responsible adult. You use the pool at the owners discretion and at your own risk. Only adults to deal with removing and replacing the pool cover.
We accept no responsibility for any accident. We reserve the right to close the pool without consultation in the event that we consider that any member of a party is not making use of this facility in a responsible fashion. This condition is to be taken in conjunction with other information posted in the cottages.
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property
and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The
client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to those resident
in neighbouring properties.
The client should report to the owner without delay any defects in the property or breakdown in equipment or appliances in the property, garden or pool and arrangements will be made for repair/replacement as soon as possible.
The owner will not be liable to the client:
for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the property, garden or pool for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owners for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused or suffered by the client if the property shall be sold, destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period. In any such event the owner shall, within seven days of notification to the client, refund to the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period
Under no circumstances shall the owners liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the client for the rental period.
